All About Jurnack's, Naturally! & Mary Theresa Jurnack, N.D.

In 1983, Mary Theresa’s mother, Sally Schultz, opened Schultz’s Natural Foods in response to her need for natural, unprocessed foods and supplements. Sally, a registered nurse, had been educating herself on what her body needed naturally to allow it to overcome Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Reynaud's Disease. Sally knew there were more people who could also benefit from her knowledge, so one thing led to another and the health food store became a reality.

In 1992 Dave and Mary Theresa Jurnack took over the store, changing the name to Jurnack’s, Naturally! and offering nutritional consultations in addition to selling a variety of health foods and supplements. In the years since, Mary Theresa graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Holistic Nutrition and has attended many additional lectures, classes, and schools. She is a certified herbalist, a Root Cause Protocol Consultant, a Certified Lyme Specialist, and a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP), as well as a Master of Holistic Health. In September of 2013 Mary Theresa received her Doctor of Naturopathy diploma and is now a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy and a member of The Pennsylvania Traditional Naturopaths Association.
