What Does a SET-DB Session Look Like?

A typical SET-DB session is quick, lasting only 15 minutes. Using the ZYTO software, Mary Theresa performs a brief scan to determine what specific items in a range of categories are stressing your body. In order to ensure the best and most accurate outcome, the categories are scanned sequentially in a methodical order. Once your stressors have been identified, you perform simple breathing exercises holding a custom-made vial (detailed above), while Mary Theresa activates your central nervous system. After you sit quietly for 15 minutes, the session is complete.

It's that simple! Because of the short duration, two sessions can be done in one day, with a four-hour gap between sessions, allowing for a quicker overall healing timeline.
